Payment terms

• Cash, in person
• Credit using square
• Cheque to Les arboriculteurs de l’est Inc.

Payment will be given in person at the client residence after the end of the contract OR Mail to Les arboriculteurs de l’est Inc. after the end of the contract. A 20% deposit is required at the signature of the contract by the client or when the client return the contract signed to Les arboriculteurs de l’est Inc. for all the works exceeding 5000$.The balance shall be paid only at the end of the works.

Dissolution of the contract and terms of refund.

All the parties can, with a written notice transmitted in person or by e-mail, dissolve the present agreement according to the following modalities: If the notice is transmitted in 48h or more before the date of the beginning of the works. All the fees including the deposit is 100% refundable in the next 48h after reception. No penalties will be charged. If the notice is transmit inside the 48h before the date of the beginning of the works. All the fees incurred including the deposit is not refundable. No further penalties will be charged. In the event of cancelation by Les arboriculteurs de l’est Inc. all the fees including the deposit is 100% refundable in the next 48h past the reception of the notice. In the event of cancelation by the client during works, all the fees including the deposit is nonrefundable and the portion of works executed , exciding the amount of the deposit, will have to be payed immediately . No further penalties will be charged.

Obligation of the parties Les arboriculteurs de l’est Inc. commit to:

• Provide the material, workforce and service determined in the present quote.
• Give the exclusivity to the client during the work period schedule.
• Use the workspace and the material in a work safe and diligent manner and to act properly to avoid disturbance of the neighbors.
• Assume all the responsibilities for all the damage that him and is members could cause to the workspace and material. The workspace and materiel need to be put back in the same condition that they were when we took first possession, except normal deterioration cause to a normal use. Les arboriculteurs de l’est Inc. assured the fees of reparation necessary or the replacement of the material taking in fact the age and the wear of the material before the use.
• Not give is wrights in the contract except a written consent of the client.
• Comply with the laws and rules existing decree by the federal authorities, provincial and municipal.

Les arboriculteurs de l’est Inc. acknowledge that the client is not responsible for equipment and personal effects of the business members and, in consequence, released the client of all responsibilities in case of robbery, damage or deterioration of the equipment and personal effects of Les arboriculteurs de l’est Inc.

The client commit to:

• Act in a manner so it doesn’t trouble the works by Les arboriculteurs de l’est Inc.
• Informe the workers of any potential danger coming from the propriety itself and about electric line our sprinkler system or any other system they should be aware of.
• Give the exclusivity of the site to Les arboriculteurs de l’est Inc.
• Comply with the laws and rules existing decreeted by the federal, provincial and municipal authorities, and to get, if required, of all the permits and licenses required for the works.
• Promote the good relations and the reputation of Les arboriculteurs de l’est Inc. according to the present contract et if it’s the case, in function of other needs that can be established while agreements and in consequence put in annex.

The client declare having read the description of the works schedule. A copy is sent by e-mail. The client declare that the trees and plants are his propriety or has the proper authorisations.

Renewal of the contract (if applies)

A follow-up will happen on march of each year between Les arboriculteurs de l’est Inc. and the client. This  will be used for evaluation and, if it’s the case, a new quote.

Validity of the agreement

The agreement find parties when signed by their representative in presence of each other are by e-mail.

The client gives right to Les arboriculteurs de l'est inc. To use footage or visual content taken during the contract for promotion.
